The M2 Upgrade Community Update brochure, issued in May 2010, announced that the project's environmental assessment would be on public exhibition until Monday, 21 June 2010.

The brochure included details of how to make a written submission to the Department of Planning by email, post or fax.

I advise that the fax number listed was incorrect and that if you faxed a submission to that number your submission may not have been received by the Department of Planning. The correct facsimile number is (02) 9228 6355.

The Department of Planning's post and email details were correctly listed in the brochure. There is no need to resend submissions that have been posted or emailed.

If you faxed your submission, we encourage you to resend your feedback to the number above. The Department of Planning will accept your submission up until Monday, 5 July 2010.
